Return Policy

 

Yukon Flooring & Glass Terms & Conditions:
Any pricing discrepancy in the invoice must be reported within 5 business days.  There is a $30 charge for returned check. All merchandise returned must have prior Yukon Authorization Number (RA#) and original invoice.  Product being returned must be unopened and in resalable condition. No returns nor refund will be accepted after 15 calendar days. Returns on new and unused merchandise will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% or a minimum of $10.  Any dispute arising from this contractual relationship shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and shall be decided solely and exclusively by the trial courts of Fort Bend County, State of Texas.  Amounts not paid is subject to daily interest at the rate of 18% annually.  Customer agrees to pay all costs of collection including attorney's fees on all past due invoices.
